Order Processing Time

- Order Fulfillment: All orders are processed and filled within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.

- Cut-off Time: Orders before 0:00 PM (GMT-8)

Shipping & Delivery

- Order processing time: 1-3 business days.

- Shipping Time: After your order is processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.The shipping time is between 4-7 business days, depending on your location.

- Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is between 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or weather conditions.

- Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. 

Tracking Your Order

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our carrier’s website.

International Shipping

- We ship US. We ship US from our international distribution centers.Please be aware that international shipping may take longer due to customs processing times.

- Customs Fees and Import Taxes: Any customs fees or import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

Please review your local customs regulations before making a purchase to ensure you are willing to accept any applicable charges. Make sure that the email/mobile number you fill in is correct and can receive information normally. 

  1. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and clearing their shipments in a timely manner.

  2. Unpaid Duties and Refusal to Pay: ANENG is not liable for any returned packages due to unpaid customs duties or refusal to pay them.

  3. Returned Packages: If a package is returned to our warehouse. Customers have two options: 1. Reshipment, you need to pay the return fee and the cost of reshipment. 2. Refund, we will deduct the return fee from the refund amount.

  4. Destroyed Packages: If a package is destroyed as a result, ANENG will not provide refunds and reshipment services.

  5. Refusal to Pay Taxes After Shipping: If customs duties are not paid after the order has shipped, ANENG will not be responsible for any returns or refund claims.

    Delayed or Lost Packages

    - If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
